Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ZimStake mobile application and related services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. ZimStake reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use ZimStake. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from participating in betting activities under any applicable laws.
3. Account Registration
To place bets, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Parimutuel Betting Rules
ZimStake operates a parimutuel betting model. All stakes are pooled; payouts are determined proportionally among correct predictors after a platform service fee is deducted. Odds and payout ratios are not fixed and fluctuate until the bet market closes. ZimStake is not responsible for payout ratios that change between bet placement and market close.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
Funds deposited are held in your in-app wallet. Withdrawals are processed subject to verification and may be subject to minimum amounts and processing times based on your tier. ZimStake is not a bank and wallet balances do not earn interest. ZimStake reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigations.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to manipulate markets, results, or pools; create multiple accounts; use automated bots or scripts; share your account with others; or engage in money laundering or fraudulent activity. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ZimStake does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of match data, or any specific payout outcome. You bet at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZimStake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the claim.
9. Responsible Gambling
ZimStake encourages responsible gambling. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please set your deposit limits in Account Settings or contact our support team to self-exclude. Resources are also available at responsible gambling support organisations in your jurisdiction.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
