We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, phone number), identity verification documents, financial transaction data (deposits, withdrawals, bet history), device information (IP address, device ID, OS version), and usage data (pages visited, features used).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to operate and secure your account; process transactions; verify identity and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations; provide customer support; send transactional notifications (bet confirmations, payout alerts); improve Platform features and performance; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors to handle transactions; identity verification partners for KYC/AML compliance; cloud infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements; and regulatory or law enforcement authorities when required by law.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of 7 years after closure to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of non-required data by contacting us.
5. Cookies & Tracking
The mobile application does not use browser cookies. We may collect anonymized analytics data (session duration, feature usage) through privacy-respecting analytics tools. This data cannot be used to identify you individually.
6. Data Security
We apply industry-standard technical safeguards including TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, role-based access controls for staff, and regular security audits. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy
ZimStake is not directed at persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
